About Ximex Overseas

One export desk, built for buyers who source more than one thing.

The story, the standards and the people behind Ximex Overseas — and why importers stay with us past the first container.

Our Story

Sourcing discipline, not narrow specialisation.

Ximex Overseas was built around a frustration many importers know well: sourcing from India often means juggling several inconsistent suppliers just to fill one container. We set out to be the single export desk that removes that friction — one point of contact, one quality standard, and one set of export documentation, across nine very different product categories.

That means a buyer purchasing spices from us can bring their next mineral, grain or handicraft requirement to the same account manager, without restarting a vetting process from zero. It’s a model built on sourcing discipline rather than narrow specialisation — and it’s why buyers tend to consolidate more of their India sourcing with us over time, rather than less.

We work with importers at every stage: first-time buyers placing a trial order to de-risk a new supplier relationship, and established distributors running standing container programmes that need to land on schedule, every time.

Mission, Vision & Values

What we’re actually optimising for.

Mission

To give international buyers a dependable, transparent gateway to Indian goods — where quality is verified before it’s promised, and every shipment arrives exactly as specified.

Vision

To be the export partner importers default to first when sourcing from India — known as much for how we handle a problem shipment as for how smoothly we handle a routine one.

Core Values

Integrity in every quote · Consistency across every batch · Transparency in every document · Partnership beyond the first order.

What Differentiates Ximex Overseas

Six commitments we don’t treat as optional.

Quality commitment, against your spec — not a generic grade

We inspect against the specification you agree with us, not a one-size-fits-all export grade — detailed on our Quality Assurance page.

A customer-centric approach — one account manager, not a call queue

Every buyer is assigned a single point of contact who knows their order history, packaging preferences and documentation requirements.

Ethical, transparent business practices

Transparent costing, fair terms with our supplier network, and no hidden mark-ups buried in a shipment’s paperwork.

Documentation handled by people who do it daily

Certificates of Origin, phytosanitary and fumigation paperwork, and Letters of Credit — prepared correctly, the first time.

Nine categories, one export desk

Add a new product line to an existing relationship instead of re-starting supplier vetting with a brand-new vendor.

Built for long-term partnerships

Our pricing and service model is built around repeat container programmes, not one-off transactional orders.

Certifications & Registrations

Registered where it counts, not just where it’s easy.

Why This Matters To You

Paperwork your bank and customs broker will actually accept.

A Letter of Credit is only as good as the documentation behind it. Our registrations mean every Certificate of Origin, tax invoice and compliance document we issue is traceable to a real, verifiable Indian entity — not a trading-name shell.

If your import process requires notarised or apostilled copies of any registration, let us know when you request a quote and we’ll include the timeline in your Proforma Invoice.
