MOQ varies by product category — typically from 1 MT (LCL) for spices and select commodities, up to a full 20 ft or 40 ft container load for grains, minerals and industrial raw materials. Exact MOQs for each category are listed on our Products page, and trial quantities can often be arranged for new buyer relationships.

We ship on FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW as standard terms, and can work to DAP or other Incoterms for established partners. Your preferred term is confirmed on every quotation before order confirmation.

Every shipment is accompanied by a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and a Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, plus a Quality Inspection Certificate. Phytosanitary and Fumigation Certificates are included where the product or destination country requires them.

Transit time depends on destination and shipping line — typically 7–12 days to Gulf ports, 18–25 days to Europe and the US East Coast, and 25–35 days to the US West Coast or further afield. We confirm an estimated transit time on every quotation.
